Lube Pump Exchange

How it Works:
The "EXCHANGE" option is for those that want to save money on a new pump by exchanging their current / worn out pump. Once you order the "EXCHANGE" pump option, Westech will send a pump from our stock and you will send us your exchange pump within 30 days. The "WO-EXCHANGE" option is for those who just want to buy a new pump at a great price and do not have a pump they wish to exchange.

If Westech does not receive the exchange from the customer within 30 days of shipment, the full price of the pump will be charged to the customer's credit card.

Pumps for exchange can be of any brand, make, or model of air operated 3:1 oil pump.

We can only offer an exchange if the pump returned is in rebuild-able condition. If the pump returned cannot be rebuilt Westech will charge the additional amount to the customer's credit card. When shipping back your return please be sure all liquids are drained from the pump before shipping. We recommend putting your pump into a large plastic bag before boxing to prevent any liquids from spilling. Be sure to add your order number to the box so that we may identify your order easily once it arrives.

We recommend keeping the tracking number for your exchange until we receive your exchange pump in case of any issues during shipping.
